I hear these questions constantly.  When I started Driptech there was a severe lack of honest, practical resources on social enterprise.  As a result, I have spent the greater part of the last decade answering these questions for myself, along the way building a network of trusted advisors and social entrepreneur colleagues.  

At various times I've struggled with defining my own values, moving and living abroad, management, fundraising, leadership, relationships, and balancing my work and personal priorities.
